    • Apple/Samsung certified repair technician, conducting device diagnostic/repairs for all smartphone devices that enter the store on a daily basis.

    • Facilitating front of the house customer support for device check-ins and working with the customer over the course of the repair to find the best solution for the client and their device.

    • Designed and implemented a fully functional website for a local construction company. Link.

    FSU College of Communications & Information

    • Provide hardware and software support for the three schools within the CCI at FSU via an online ticketing system for over 350 faculty/staff members, as well as students.

    • Remotely perform virtual tech support by utilizing TeamViewer.

    • Collaborate on each customer ticket with a team of 10+ HelpDesk employees with the goal of providing superior technological faculty/student services, regarding problems/requests being sent to our team through a ticketing software.
